Premier Power Maintenance is experienced in working with motor control centers (MCC). We can handle the initial installation and the service of an MCC, as well as the expansion of an existing motor control center. We are well versed in MCC code and will install and service electrical units according to code specifications.
Refurbishing Electrical Breakers and Other Electrical Equipment
We can also refurbish retrofit electric systems, circuit breakers, low voltage circuit breakers and vintage equipment. This process will help your equipment to function better and is much more cost effective than purchasing new equipment.
Safety Codes, Rules and Regulations
At Premier Power Maintenance, safety is our top priority. We are experienced in NFPA 70E regulations for the workplace and can perform an arc flash study to make sure facilities are NFPA 70E compliant. We are also knowledgeable on OSHA certification, including OSHA 10-hour training, and retain three OSHA certified trainers on staff. In addition, we participate in the OSHA Strategic Partnership Program to eliminate serious hazards and achieve model workplace safety and health practices.
With its use in the electrical industry (primarily in medium voltage circuit breakers) as an insulator, SF6 gas is an important component of electrical distribution systems, but one that must be properly handled. Premier Power Maintenance has been trained on the use of SF6 gas and will be able to advise your facility on the proper recovery and disposal of this potent greenhouse gas.
Premier Power Maintenance can develop an equipment maintenance schedule for our customers’ facilities. We will design a program where regular preventive maintenance and testing, such as arc flash studies, are conducted to keep your equipment in operating order. We can either design the program ourselves, or work with your staff to implement a program.
At Premier Power Maintenance, we have 24-hour emergency service for our customers. We also stock a large inventory of spare parts. If we don’t have a part, we can get it.
